Adult Scouts: Self Defense

Join us for Adult Scouts' very first learning session, covering one of the most popular topics from our recent survey: Effective techniques for Self Defense.
Our instructor will be Casey Toland. In addition to years of experience providing security in many capacities, Casey has black belts in multiple martial arts:
- 4th degree black belt in To-Shin Do
- 2nd degree black belt in Taekwondo
- 1st degree black belt in Shorin-Ryu Karate
PARKING: Park in the driveway first, then on the south side of 10th street. Please do not park on the north side of 10th street.
DONATIONS: Any donation amount is acceptable and appreciated. The suggested donation for this event is $35, in consideration of Casey's time, instruction, and use of the dojo.
WAIVERS: Martial arts can be dangerous. Liability waivers will be provided at the event, and will be required for participation. Please arrive a few minutes early to leave time to review and complete waivers.
ATTIRE: Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. No outside shoes are allowed on the mats. Socks or something like wrestling shoes are ok.
