Guys and Gals Walk-A-Round (Murrieta)

WEEK 1 of 6.

Get up and Walk-A-Round the loop 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️ We'll do this twice a week for six weeks and the days/times could be different each week (based on Event Host's schedule and the weather) so check our calendar each week. One week at a time🙂🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

Meeting at the Los Alamos Hills Sports Park (1/2 mile east of 215 Frwy). Turn in at the SECOND ENTRANCE on your right. Bathroom Building is right in front of you and that's where we'll meet after you park. Meet by 7:55am because we'll begin walking at 8am.

Go at your own pace... walk 30 minutes, 60 minutes... come and go as you like. Talk with others or listen to your music or walk in the opposite direction. Walk the BIG loop, the inner loop or the LITTLE loop. The idea is that you are GETTING OUT to exercise.

Wear comfortable shoes, maybe have a hat or small umbrella for shade as you walk and have a water bottle on hand (or in your car).

Walk-A-Round the LARGE loop = 3/4 mile. ADD the small loop along the walk for a full mile.

If you bring your furry friend(s), please pick up after them and use the canisters provided. Dogs must be on leash.
