Meet at 12:30pm to park in stadium parking lot and we step off at 12:45pm

You go at your own pace and distance. Four miles out and back would be 8 miles... you can also go 1 mile out and back or walk for 30 minutes then turn around and head back. It's a very flat walk... not a demanding hike, but a good endurance walk.
Bring with you: small pouch / bag to carry bottled water(s), snack, car keys, phone. You may also want to have a hat / visor, sunglasses and sunscreen. Please wear appropriate footwear as you'll be walking over dirt, gravel, pebbles, etc.
