This is a peer-support group for adults looking for connection, encouragement, and a place to share life's challenges in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. We are not professionals or therapists—just people helping people through listening, understanding, and shared experiences.
Whether you're dealing with stress, life changes, loneliness, caregiving, loss, or simply looking to connect with others, you are welcome here.

## What to Expect at Our First Meeting

  • Meet other members in a relaxed setting.
  • Learn about the purpose of the group.
  • Discuss what everyone hopes to gain from the meetings.
  • Help shape future topics and activities.
  • Share as much or as little as you're comfortable sharing.

No one is required to speak. Listening is perfectly okay.

## Our Guiding Principles

  • Respect and kindness
  • Confidentiality
  • No judgment
  • Everyone has a chance to be heard
  • Support through listening and encouragement

## Who Should Attend?

Anyone seeking a supportive community and meaningful connections is welcome.
You are not alone. Sometimes the first step toward support is simply showing up.
We look forward to meeting you and building a caring, supportive community together.
