About us
This group exists for adults who experienced childhood trauma and are seeking connection and peer support in a safe, structured space.
The goal of this group is to provide a calm, structured, peer-led space for adults living with the effects of childhood trauma and to connect in a grounded and respectful environment.
This group focuses on mutual support and emotional regulation.
Participants should be stable enough to engage in group discussion without being in active crisis.
Meetings will follow a simple and predictable format:
• Welcome and review of guidelines
• Brief grounding check-in
• Open sharing (with time boundaries)
• Closing reflection
We will focus on present-moment experience, coping, and mutual understanding.
