Running is just more fun when you're being chased, am I right?

We'll play some variations of tag games we might have played in our youth. We'll throw in some other fitness twists where we can. All abilities and fitness levels welcome. We'll make this as fun and inclusive for all that wish to participate.
Some things you might want to bring:
- Water
- Snacks
- Sunscreen
- Bug spray
- Medications (Asthma Inhaler, EpiPen, etc)

Wear workout shoes and weather appropriate fitness attire. We might reschedule if there's bad weather.
