Welcome! Whether you’re new to volleyball, returning after years away, or working toward higher‑level play, this community is built to help players learn, grow, compete, and connect. Our goal is to provide a fun, safe, and structured environment where athletes of all ages feel supported, challenged, and part of something meaningful.
We offer beginner through intermediate adult clinics, youth clinics, and competitive 6×6 tournaments — all designed to help players improve their skills, build confidence, and enjoy great volleyball with great people.
All proceeds support the Estancia Boys Volleyball Program, helping fund team gear, tournament fees, and program development. Thank you for being part of something bigger than volleyball.

FREE SESSION
Your 11th session is free, and once you use that free session, your count resets and you start working toward the next 10.
Please make sure you’re keeping track of your own sessions. I don’t have the time to track everyone’s attendance, and if you forget to mention your free session until much later, I can only reset your count from the date you remember — which means any previous free sessions you missed won’t be credited.
## 🏆 Tournaments (6×6 — Co‑Ed & Men’s Divisions)
We host one‑day 6×6 tournaments for different levels, including co‑ed and men’s divisions. These events offer competitive, structured play and a great community atmosphere.

## 📝 Waiver Requirement
All participants — adult or youth — must sign the waiver before attending any event. If a player is signed up but has not completed the waiver and there is a waitlist, their spot may be reassigned.

🏐 Skill Level Guide
This guide is based on my coaching experience, community standards, and input from trusted colleagues. It’s meant to help set expectations and create balanced sessions. If you feel something is off, I’m always open to refining it.
🟢 Beginner (B)
- New to volleyball
- Learning rules, movement, and basic skills
- Inconsistent passing/serving
- Not yet ready for structured rallies
🟡 Beginner‑Plus (B+)
- Basic understanding of rules and positions
- Can serve and pass with some consistency
- Beginning bump‑set‑spike attempts
- Developing movement and awareness
🔵 Low Intermediate (L)
Low Intermediate has a wide range of skill levels, so to keep sessions balanced and make sure everyone is placed correctly, I’ve divided Low Intermediate into Group A, Group B, and Group C. This helps match players with the right pace, consistency, and game awareness.
## 🔵Low Intermediate – Group C
Entry‑level low‑intermediate players who understand the basics and can execute simple skills. They are still building consistency, positioning, and confidence with faster or harder balls. Good with ball handling.
- Serve 50%+
- Pass accurately 50%+
- Pass easy and semi‑hard serves with control
- Play 3‑touch volleyball
- Basic court awareness
## 🔵Low Intermediate – Group B
Solid low‑intermediate players who show good fundamentals and are developing consistency. They contribute in most skills but still need improvement in power, accuracy, and decisionmaking under pressure. Very good at ball handling.
- Serve 65%+
- Pass accurately 65%+
- Hit some sets; occasionally with power
- Set good passes
- Move around the court with ease
- Developing court awareness
- Play 3‑touch volleyball
## 🔵Low Intermediate – Group A
Competitive low‑intermediate players who are consistent in most skills, move well on the court, and understand rotations and team systems. They can handle faster play and contribute reliably in all phases of the game. Great at ball handling.
- Serve 75%+
- Pass accurately 70%+
- Hit with some power and accuracy (60%+)
- Dig and block consistently
- Able to set 80% of passes
- Move with ease and good speed
- Strong court awareness
- Play 3‑touch volleyball naturally
🟠 Intermediate (I)
- Consistent across all major skills - reliable in setting, hitting, blocking, and defense, with controlled touches, good decision‑making, and the ability to execute these skills repeatedly throughout a full session.
- Understands offensive systems (5‑1, 6‑2,4-2)
- Communicates well and moves with the game
- Can dig and block with timing
🔴 High Intermediate (H)
- Strong control and consistency
- Reads plays and anticipates well
- Executes strategies confidently
- Likely has competitive or high‑level rec experience
⚫ Advanced (A)
- High‑level precision and control
- Anticipates multiple options instinctively
- Executes complex systems fluidly
- Often has club, collegiate, or elite‑level experience

🏐 High‑Velocity Serve‑Receive Clinic (Powered by Godzilla) Small Gym
Estancia High School, 2323 Placentia Ave, Costa Mesa, CA, USGet ready — this serve‑receive clinic is powered by the Godzilla / Smash Attack machine, one of the most exciting training tools available. It delivers fast, consistent, high‑velocity balls that sharpen your platform, footwork, and reaction speed instantly.
Because the machine can be adjusted for different skill levels, we’re starting with Low Intermediate and Intermediate players. Even those who already feel confident in their serve receive will benefit from the precision and challenge it provides.
If you want a high‑energy session that pushes your ball control to the next level, this clinic will grab your attention right away.
Check it out Click HereThis session will be 1 hour and 15 minutes and capped at 4 players, so everyone gets more reps than a 6‑player group. The cost will be $25.
Unlike open gym, you really need to arrive early to warm up so we can start on time. We can’t wait for late arrivals to warm up, since it holds the group back and wastes everyone’s time.Note: It’s recommended that you arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and warm up. Once the session begins, no one will be allowed to join, and late arrivals will be considered no‑shows.
