• 🏐 Open Gym Details
• This open gym is geared toward intermediate and above players:
  ******Consistent in serving, passing, setting, and hitting ******
  -Moves well with the flow of the game and communicates effectively
  -Can dig and block with reasonable timing and technique
  -May have experience in mid-level recreational play
• Low Intermediate players are welcome to sign up, though preference will be given to Intermediate & above participants. If there’s a need to fill teams, I’ll move Low Intermediate players from the waitlist accordingly.
• When you sign up: You’ll be automatically placed on the waiting list. Once your skill level is confirmed and your waiver is signed, you’ll be moved to the confirmed list
• We currently have enough male and female players to form 2–3 competitive teams for this level.

🎯 Skill Level: Intermediate & above
🏐 Net Height: We’ll be using a co-ed net, set between the standard women’s and men’s regulation heights. It’s ideal for balanced, mixed-level play.

🔹 Format & Flow

• Since this is 3 hours event, I'll dedicate the first 20-30 minutes to ball warm up, serving, hitting then from 2 - 2:30 Kings & Queens of the Court to assess team balance
• Split into 3 balanced teams for structured 6-on-6 play
• Open to middle sets, dedicated setters, or any other rotations the group prefers
• 18 players max: 2 teams play while 1 team refs

📝 Arrival & Waiver Info

• Doors open at 1:20 PM for sign-in, settling in, and warm-up.
• To participate, you must sign a waiver. If you’ve already signed it, you’re good to go. (sign here)
• If you’re bringing a guest: please let me know their name in advance and make sure they sign the waiver as well

🚫 Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before) and no-shows may result in removal from future events and/or removal from the group. Please update your RSVP or message the organizer if your plans change—this helps us keep games running smoothly.

🌟 Community Guidelines
This is a safe, fun, and inclusive space—please be respectful to others and help keep the gym clean. Balls will be provided and there is a water foutain but feel free to bring your own. All proceeds support the Estancia High School Boys Volleyball Program, so you’re helping local student-athletes while enjoying the game.
