🏐 Indoor Volleyball – Costa Mesa 1st Tournament (4x4)

Tournament Description
We’re excited to host our first 4x4 volleyball tournament! To keep things manageable, the event will be capped at 8 teams (minimum of 6 teams).
This tournament is designed for Low intermediate/Intermediate-level players. It will be a fun and competitive event with prizes awarded to the winners**.**
The tournament will be held in the Main Gym at Estancia High School, a spacious and well-maintained facility.

📍 Main Gym, Estancia High School
💵 Cost: $100 per team
✅ Team Rules
- Level: Low intermediate/Intermediate-level
- Any combination of males and females
- Maximum of 1 High intermediate player
- Up to 6 players per team
- Players may be members or outside participants (waiver required)
- All standard volleyball rules will be followed Except for the rotaion - 3 front and one back (Any format)

📊 Tournament Format
- 6 teams → Pool play, best of 3. Cross over will be added if there is time
- 8 teams → Pool play, 2 sets

Playoffs:
- 8 teams → Gold & Silver brackets (top 4 / bottom 4)
- 6 teams → Double elimination (winner & loser brackets)
- Final format will be confirmed after sign-ups close

📝 How to Sign Up
- Team Captain registers to reserve a spot (Roster submittion via email)
- Pay $20 by Jan 17, 2026 if you are confirmed refundable if cancelled before Jan 20th
-Pay $80 by Jan 24, 2026 refundable if cancelled before Jan 26th

- Refunds: Full refund if the tournament is cancelled for any reason
- Sign-up deadline: Jan 17, 2026
- No Refund will be given if cancelled after Jan 25th
