• This open gym is geared toward ** solid intermediate and above players.** Please refer to the guide on the group’s main page for more details.
• When you sign up: You’ll be automatically placed on the waiting list. Once your skill level is confirmed and your waiver is signed, you’ll be moved to the confirmed list
• If this is your first time, please DM your volleyball background so I can make sure the session is the right fit
• For this event, I’m trying something a little different. I’ll be selecting the top 12 players based on my observed ratings to keep the session as competitive and balanced as possible. These ratings are based on what I’ve seen on the court rather than self‑ratings, and I’ll do my best to be fair and transparent throughout the process. I’ll wait until Monday, 1/19, to finalize the teams so everyone has enough time to sign up.

📝 Arrival & Waiver Info

• Doors open at 5:45 PM for sign-in, settling in, and warm-up.
• To participate, you must sign a waiver. If you’ve already signed it, you’re good to go. (sign here)

🔹 Format & Flow

• Start with ball warm up then Kings of the Court to assess team balance
• Split into 3 balanced teams for structured 6-on-6 play
• Open to middle sets, dedicated setters, or any other rotations the group prefers
• 18 players max: 2 teams play while 1 team refs

🚫 Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before) and no-shows may result in removal from future events and/or removal from the group. Please update your RSVP or message the organizer if your plans change—this helps us keep games running smoothly.

🌟 Community Guidelines
This is a safe, fun, and inclusive space—please be respectful to others and help keep the gym clean. Balls will be provided and there is a water foutain but feel free to bring your own. All proceeds support the Estancia High School Boys Volleyball Program, so you’re helping local student-athletes while enjoying the game.
