Due to high demand and several requests from our members, I’ll be hosting a Co‑Ed Tournament. Many of you have been asking for an event where mixed teams can compete in a fun, competitive environment — so we’re making it happen.

📌 FORMAT

  • 8 teams max (tournament will be canceled if we don’t reach 8)
  • 9 players per roster
  • Minimum 2 females on the court at all times
  • Level: Low Intermediate & Intermediate (Up to 3 Intermediate players allowed on the court — 2 males and 1 female)
  • No High Intermediate or above (male or female)
  • Please refer to the rating guide on the group’s main page
  • 2 pools → Gold & Silver playoffs
  • Best of 3 for all matches
  • 25 / 25 / 15 — No cap
  • Standard volleyball rules + rotations (5‑1, 6‑2, 4‑2, middle sets)

💲 COST $150 per team

📝 REGISTRATION

  • Only the team captain registers the team
  • All players must sign the waiver
  • Registration closes 3/7
  • $25 deposit due 3/10 (pay after 3/7) — 714‑452‑7395
  • Remaining balance due 3/21
  • A team roster is required to confirm waivers and ratings before 3/7
  • Rosters may be edited and resubmitted anytime
  • Email your final roster once it’s set

⏳ WAITLIST & STANDBY

  • If the tournament fills and a waitlist forms, teams will receive standby status in the order they RSVP
  • If a confirmed team cancels or is disqualified, the next team on the waitlist will be moved into a confirmed spot
  • Full details will be released after registration closes
