A few of you have asked for a clinic that focuses specifically on running a 5–1 rotation, understanding each position’s role, and learning how to transition smoothly between defense and offense during real game situations. This session is designed exactly for that.
This clinic is perfect for players who want to learn how the 5–1 system works in game play, how to rotate correctly, and how each position functions within the system.
🔹 What We’ll Cover:

  • Serve‑receive positioning
  • Offensive responsibilities in each rotation
  • Blocking assignments
  • Reloading after the block
  • Transitioning from defense to offense during a rally
  • How each role (Setter, OH, Middle, Opposite, Libero/DS) fits into the 5–1 system

🔹 Important Notes:

  • This clinic will not teach basic setting, hitting, or blocking mechanics — it assumes you already have experience. I may help you make adjustments, but the focus is on system play and rotation IQ.
  • To run this properly, we need a minimum of 6 players and a maximum of 12 so we can form two teams and battle it out.
  • If you want to bring your entire team, that’s also an option.

🔹 When You Register: Please let me know what position you play (Setter, Outside, Middle, Opposite, Libero/DS) so I can place everyone in the correct roles.
🔹 Details:

  • Cost: $20 per person
  • Duration: 85 minutes
  • Location: Main Gym
  • I’m currently gathering interest to determine the best way to run this session.

If this is something you’ve been wanting to learn, this clinic will give you the structure, clarity, and game‑time reps you need to understand the 5–1 system at a deeper level.
