What To Expect & Important Event Info :

Join us for a gentle and friendly stroll through one of London’s most beautiful hidden gems... the Hill Garden and Pergola at Hampstead Heath! This is a relaxed and sociable outdoor meetup where you can connect with others in a low-pressure, sensory-friendly setting.

👥 Capacity: 30 people
👣 Pace: Gentle walk, plenty of pauses, sensory-friendly
🧺 What to bring: Water, snacks, weather-appropriate clothes, anything else for your comfort (sun hat, walking shoes, small blanket if you'd like to sit)
After our walk through the gardens and woodland trails, we’ll find a calm spot to hang out and chat. You’re welcome to bring a flask or snack to enjoy.

Expect relaxed vibes, beautiful surroundings, and optional low-key conversation prompts (e.g. The School of Life cards). This event is especially mindful of neurodivergent needs — there’s no pressure to talk or "perform." Come as you are!

📌 Accessibility:

The Hill Garden area is mostly flat with some uneven paths
There are nearby benches and quiet spaces to rest
Toilets are available at Hampstead Heath (Parliament Hill and Jack Straw’s Castle)

🧠 This is a social event for professional Low Support Needs Autism Spectrum Condition adults between the ages of 27 and 45. This includes individuals with "sub-clinical and sub-threshold autism" or anyone who identifies similarly. We welcome those with and without a diagnosis!
📣 This social is for forward-thinking, compassionate individuals who want to connect with other like-minded professionals and build community.
🤓 We host these monthly events to hang out, chat and make new friends. We also host more ad-hoc mini-socials and fun activities throughout the calendar year.
💡 This is not a therapy or support group; it's a social gathering for like-minded people to share and connect.
🔔 The organisers of this group are not therapists. We are professional adults on the spectrum, just like you! 🙂

Only profiles with real photos will be accepted. All applicants who wish to attend our events ***must join our WhatsApp group to receive the event location, which will be shared 24 hours in advance.
