C-ville coffee meetup will meet every other wednesday evening

"This world exists only in appearance or imagination and not because one sees the material substances, It is like a long dream or a juggler's trick."

"The notions of "I" and "the world" are but shadows, not truth."

"He sees the truth who sees the body as a product of deluded understanding and as the source of misforune; and who knows that the body is not the Self."

"He sees the truth who knows that the Self alone exists and that there is no substance to objectivity."

 "Mind alone is the universe."

Either Sri Vasistha meant meant what he said in the above quotes or he did not. If possible, let us presume that he meant what he said and said it from his experience.

So often, we read through teachings without giving them the devotion that is necessary to apply them to our lives.

Let us discuss the above quotes so that their real meaning may penetrate us as surely Sri Vasistha intended.
