All about Jupyter

Join us for our first Meetup! This Meetup’s focus will be Jupyter. Members of Project Jupyter (http://bids.berkeley.edu/research/project-jupyter)’s founding team will give an overview of the project and the Jupyter Notebook (http://jupyter.org/), “a web application that allows you to create and share documents that contain live code, equations, visualizations and explanatory text.”

After the overview, several speakers from both academia and industry will give brief use-case talks regarding how they use Jupyter in their everyday work. Speakers include the following:
