Black Friday & Cyber Monday in WordPress

We’re keeping the momentum going with another San Diego WordPress Meetup in November! Thanks to Ansir Coworking space for hosting this month's event.

This month’s theme is Black Friday & Cyber Monday in WordPress. It’s a chance to prepare for the busiest shopping weekend of the year, swap strategies, and share the best deals on plugins, themes, and hosting. Whether you run your own WordPress site, an online store, manage client sites, or just love hunting down WordPress bargains, this session will be interactive and fun.

Drinks will be provided. If you cannot arrive right at 6:00, that’s OK, but please plan to be there by 6:30 when we kick things off. Space is limited to 30 attendees, so RSVP now to reserve your spot.

6:00 to 6:30 PM: Pre-Networking and WordPress Help Desk

6:30 to 6:40 PM: Welcome

6:40 to 7:10 PM: Lightning Talks (15 minutes each)

• Time will flex based on lightning talks

• Curated overview of the best BF/CM deals for plugins, themes, and hosting
• Community share: attendees highlight past or upcoming deals they’ve found (lifetime licenses, big discounts, free hosting perks, etc.)
• Discussion on how to evaluate deals: real value vs. hype

• Job postings and collaborations
• Open shoutouts
• WordPress trivia with plugin license prizes
