THESE ARE WEEKLY WORKSHOPS FOR DEDICATED PROFESSIONAL ACTORS with working experience in theater, film or televsion.

THIS ADVANCED CLASS is a true working space for actors who want to engage directly with their creative process, and not the result.

Through guided experimentation, scene work, and development, actors collaborate directly with writers and directors - not simply interpreting material, but actively shaping it.

The focus is to strengthen the actor's instrument: presence, real responsiveness, imagination, and concentration.

The work is practical, rigorous and collaborative. Each session invites participants to explore text, create new works, and refine their craft.

THE WORK INVOLVES:

Scene work in collaboration with writers and directors

Development of new material in the rehearsal process

Exploration of technique through active practice

Immediate and active feedback

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Tomislav is a versatile storyteller with a rich backgound in writing, directing and teaching. He received his masters degree in writing and directing at Columbia University in 1993, and worked with well known directors David Lynch, Emir Kusturica, and Martin Scorsese. He is also a lifetime member of the Actors Studio in New York which shaped his process in helping actors stengthen their craft.
