Getting Started: Sharing Expectations/Setting Goals

Hi All! Let's use this time to get acquainted and share expectations for what we hope to accomplish together as members of the Montgomery County, MD Advancing Racial & Social Equity Group. As you might know, our county is working to build its capacity to prioritize racial equity in its policies, and as residents, we all play a critical role in addressing racial, social and economic disparities impacting our communities, so let's build an inclusive community to engage in dialogue and develop strategies for supporting this goal. Depending on what the group decides, I'm happy to host future meetings at my home. I look forward to meeting everyone!
