January Night Meetup 1: LogoMania!

At last we are back to our regular schedule of alternating day and night meetings, and with only a very few exceptions, I was lucky enough to make sure they would all be held on Wednesdays throughout all of 2013!

The night meetings have always been when we take on a serious discussion or topic, or have a tutorial or other presentation, and this Wednesday we'll be discussing logos in all their wonderful, amazing, clever, weird, and sometimes stupid forms.

In particular we'll take a look back at a bunch of established logos that companies and organizations had changed, updated or (our favorite term) "modernized" in 2012, and discuss the logic and decision-making process involved in those changes. And of course, how they sometimes go wrong!

If anyone wants to bring examples of logos they've created recently, or of particular favorite logos, or unusual ones that aren't well known, or if you have one you're working on now that you'd like input on, then please do so.
