The weekdays are busy, our jobs take up a huge chunk of our energy, and the world constantly demands that we perform. But Friday night is different.
Welcome to Virtual Sabbath Evening Vespers—a warm, casual, and spiritually refreshing Zoom space. Wherever you are—sitting on your couch, in your favorite chair, or winding down from your workday—you are invited to grab a warm drink, log on, and welcome the Sabbath hours with us.
As the sun sets, we are stepping out of the director's chair of our lives and handing the pen back to God.
What to expect:

  • A cozy virtual atmosphere: Light a candle at home, grab some tea, and get comfortable.
  • A short devotional thought: A brief moment to ground our hearts and refocus on expectation in God.
  • Open, honest conversation: A safe place to talk about where we are really at (no perfect answers or holy facades required!).
  • A collective breath of relief: Welcoming the holy rest of the Sabbath together.
