Who doesn’t like the mountain peaks with panoramic views…. In the night?

We will go directly up to the Turó de Montcada. The final segment (or medium) is by walk because of the very steep gravel/rocky road.

However, it is not a long trip to reach the sharp peak so everybody used to do some vikingos/mountain bike should be fine.

You need to bring, though, a mountain bike or gravel bike (any kind), and:

-Intense front light (to see, not only to be seen) and/or headlamp.
-Bicycle lock
-Hiking/sport shoes.
-Food portion
-Water
-Helmet
-Replacement tube

So the idea is to reach the mountain by bike, then head to the peak by foot, with posible use of hands, but NOT climbing.

IMPORTANT: Night rides can be more dangerous if visibility is not good enough or if the bicycle is not in good conditions. Please check tires pressure, brakes and that the transmission works.

Finally, if preferred, we can meet at a train station in Montcada if you don’t want to ride from Barcelona or if it is more convenient to change the starting point. You can comment here in this event.
