Jewels of the Thar Desert Jaisalmer and Magical Bikaner

Whether it is a sight of a magnificent fort or sunset in the Thar Desert, it mesmerizes even a most ardent traveler. Camel safari and night jeep safari in dunes are exceptionally unique experiences for the visitors. The visit to Kuldhara village surrounded with a cloak of intrigue amazes one and all. Staying in a desert camp with the option of sleeping under the stars is exciting as well as worthwhile. The visit to the rugged fort of Junagadh and Golden fort and its beautifully carved mansions is a valuable experience. The Kalbelia dance by the charming dancers dancing on the beats of folk music with swirling colorful skirts can amaze anyone. The Karni Mata Temple with thousands of rats is the only place to witness such a sight in the world. One should not forget the vibrant bazaars with local ladies draped in colorful attire haggling with vendors over the price of goods. Itinerary:

Day.1. Delhi-Bikaner: Leave for Bikaner by overnight train.

Day. 2. Bikaner: Arrival in Bikaner and check into the hotel. After rest and freshen up, visit Junagadh Fort and come back to the hotel for lunch. After lunch, visit Karni Mata Temple. Overnight stay will be in Bikaner.

Day.3. Bikaner-Jaisalmer: After breakfast, leave for Jaisalmer by surface transport via Pokhran. Arrive in Jaisalmer in the afternoon visit Gadisar Lake. Overnight stay will be in Jaisalmer.

Day.4. Jaisalmer:

1. After breakfast, visit Heritage Havelis in Golden Fort.
2. After lunch, leave for Sam Sand Dunes.
3. En-route, visit The Ghost City of Kuldhara.
   Enjoy Jeep ride, Camel ride, enchanting sunset, folk dances at Sam Dunes. Dinner and overnight stay will be in desert camp. (With the option of sleeping under the stars)

Day.5. Jaisalmer-Bikaner-Delhi: After breakfast at the desert camp, leave for Bikaner by surface transport to board an overnight train to Delhi. You will have plenty of time to explore the bazaars of Bikaner to get the feel of the city before boarding an overnight train to Delhi.

Day.6. Delhi: Arrive in Delhi in the morning, and the tour concludes.
