First day hike at Wichita mountains

Hike in refuge 5 + miles. Open minded on which hike. Bring sturdy shoes/water. Eat after if interest. Bring your dog if you want. Most likely will do dog run hollow loop. Ending time is
unknown.
Love’s Gas station by i-44 has water/snacks/bathrooms ;)

A number of the state parks are putting on first day events if this time doesn’t work for anyone and you want to join their event. I avoid crowds.

(I’m still sore… but I have largely recovered from broken shoulder)
