Let's enjoy a moderate Hump Day hike in Loveland.
Devil's Backbone Nature Trail is a 4.5 mile heavily trafficked out and back trail located near Loveland, Colorado that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
We can add on the Keyhole if there is an interest. The Keyhole is a great spot for pictures. This will bump the length to 5ish miles. Drinks afterwards if the group wants to.
Estimated hike time is 2 hours. This will vary based on pace, add-ons, and breaks.
Length: 4.5 miles
Elevation gain: 570 feet
Parking is $10 if you do not have a pass. Kiosks exist near the trailhead.
