Come enjoy one of oregon's longer caves. Enjoy this 1.2 mile cave exploration underground into a unique world with this lava tube cave. There is some scrambling area but this cave mostly is wide open and those with claustrophobia should not have any issues. This cave is similar to ape aves without the massive crowds

What to bring/wear

• Sturdy hiking shoes. Highly recommend as we will be in a underground damp environment
• Hiking clothes - bring layers! the caves are cold even in the hottest of days due to it being 100's of feet below ground. It is not recomended to wear cotton!
• A strong reliable light (headlamp prefered so your hands are free). And a backup light is recomended.
• It is recommended you bring a helmet. whether it be a climbing helmet or bike helmet.

There are two waterfall hikes we will enjoy on the way back from the caves if we have time!

We come prepared to lead you on a trail or off trail hike but assume no liability for your safety getting to or from the trailhead or on the hike. In case of accident, illness, or other incapacity, hikers must pay for their own medical and/or evacuation expenses, whether or not the hiker has specifically authorized them.
