This fun, social weekend by Adventure Solos is designed for anyone considering booking onto an event by themselves to enjoy a group adventure.The event is fully-hosted and professional Mountain Leaders guide us around so no getting lost! You can 'pick your pace' as we split into at least two different groups a 'faster' and a 'slower' group (each with it's own Mountain Leader), so you can decide which pace suits you best on the day.
Adventure Solos provides welcome drinks, accommodation for both Friday and Saturday nights in a fantastic modern barn-conversion with stunning views, 5 meals (including veggie options), an Adventure Solos host, resupplies after each peak, celebrations in the barn, a huge sense of achievement, fun social times and much more!

From giant stand-up paddle boarding (around 8 people per board!), to a hike with stunning views of the fells, tree-top and high-wire activities and our personal favourite; group raft building and races - this weekend has a bit of everything! Friday evening includes a welcome meal and drinks by the waterside; a great setting to get to know the other guests. We have modern lake-side accommodation, and wetsuits are provided for activities so you'll be toasty warm throughout no matter what the weather decides!

https://www.AdventureSolos.com/weekend-events/mount-cook-weekendWe're off to the Peak District for the Mount Cook weekend, at a modern outdoor centre where we've got various rock sports waiting for you!
This weekend includes caving, rock climbing, a rock abseil and a via-ferrata (meaning "iron path" - a climbing route where you generally traverse horizontally using fixtures such as cables, railings and steel steps).
It's possible you will have tried abseiling or climbing on an activity wall at our Dearne Valley Weekend - now is your chance to put them to test 'for real' on rock!
Accommodation is provided for the Friday and Saturday nights, and in the evening we'll enjoy some food together at a local pub and at Mount Cook's on-site bar (soft drinks are available!).
Various meals are provided throughout the weekend as well as accommodation, instructors, activities and all equipment, You'll also have an Adventure Solos host (usually Chris) present throughout the event to make you feel welcome.For more information or to book your spot, visit:
