Snowboarding/Skiing in Lipno CZ 🎿⛷🏂

Hi, everyone!
We are going on a skiing/snowboarding trip to Lipno in Czech Rep. Lipno has many blue slopes ideal for beginners/intermediates and anyone who enjoys relaxing runs.
This is a beginner friendly skiing/snowboarding trip. Roughly a beginner would be one that can complete a blue/beginner slope without major difficulties.
📝 Day Plan:
- 09:00 Meetup with the drivers in Linz (at Linz Hbf, or any location agreed with the drivers)

🎿⛷🏂 On the slopes (lunch break around noon)
- Drive back anytime as agreed with the drivers
- Journey by train btw Linz & Lipno is possible if you wait 1 hour when transferring between trains (total time 3 hours, not recommended, please decide for yourself)
⛅ Weather:
Current forecast for the day of the trip says cloudy weather (possible sunshine in the afternoon) with 0°C on the mountain, and 3°C in the valley.
💪 Activities:
Once we arrive at the winter-resort, we'll rent the equipment (if you don't bring your own), and purchase the cable-car tickets (if you didn't buy them online).
We'll have lunch break together around noon.
Finally, we can decide together when to leave from the winter-resort.

Every participant is responsible for purchasing their own tickets (about 45-50 EUR if booked online).
You can bring your own equipment, or rent some on the spot. There is a rental place with various prices (around 30 to 50 EUR) depending on what you are getting. Booking online might offer you a discount.
✅ Checklist:
- wear waterproof winter jacket & waterproof winter pants;
- wear waterproof winter gloves & long winter socks;
- bring a light beanie to wear under the helmet.
- bring sunglasses/goggles;
- bring some snacks & water for the trip;

- This is not a guided tour / sport lesson.

- You might find this event on different groups/platforms, it's enough if you sign-up only in one place.
- In case of extreme weather, this event might be postponed to a later date.
