Hike in Gmunden

Hike in Gmunden – 1 May 2026, Friday

Distance: 11 km
Duration: 4–6 hours

Everyone can participate, even if you are a complete beginner.

Meeting point: Linz Hbf at 08:55
We will take IC 1118 at 09:04 and arrive at Gmunden Bahnhof at 09:51.

Lunch break: between 12:00 and 13:00. We’ll find a nice spot to eat, so please bring your own food and something to sit on.

Coming back:
As mentioned, the hike will take 4–6 hours, so we expect to return around 15:00–16:00. Trains back run approximately every 60 minutes.

The weather should be sunny, with a maximum temperature of 19°C.

Please wear appropriate clothing.
You are responsible for your own well-being during the hike.
