This Travel Club is a new concept and unconventional way to explore a foreign country, experience city or country life among the locals/natives, learn a foreign language via full-immersion, etc. This is a no frills vacation and travel club where we find, rent and share very low price but nice short-term rentals (apartment or house) located in a city or town that can be shared by two to four people . This travel club is about group travel for daring and unconventional seniors travelers (50+) and even young people (30+) who want to experience the real nitty gritty, plain and simple life of the locals by spending one to three months with a small group of two to four people who agree to rent and share a short-term rental (apartment or house) in a foreign country. This experience is much different than the usual tourist experience of staying in luxurious hotels and doing the usual tourist stuff that most tourists do. This travel club mainly focuses on renting and sharing short-term rentals in Southern Italy and Spain, but all of Europe, Asia, Mexico (especially Merida, Yucatan, Mexico), Central and South America and Africa are also places that we can find, rent and share short-term rentals with other members of the group. We can have socials and gatherings here in Phoenix to become better acquainted with the members of the group, and in this way we can feel comfortable renting and sharing a place with each other in the future. It's more or less a travel club for people who want to experience actually living in a foreign country with a small group of people for one, two or three months by finding, renting and sharing a low cost short-term vacation rental (house or apartment) in a city or small village/town.
