Transportation and licensed guide are included in the cost of the trip. All you have to do is show up!
Spend the day on the water!
We’ll be out on the river all day, enjoying the beautiful natural scenery. It’s dam-release weekend, so you will get to experience some sections of Level II-III whitewater. This adventure is the perfect combination of a relaxing day and exciting rapids. You don’t need any experience with whitewater to enjoy this trip. All that’s required is a thirst for adventure. Get ready for some fun on the water!
What’s included:
- NY State Licensed and Wilderness First Responder Certified Guides
- Transportation to and from NYC
- Guided rafting trip of the Lehigh River
Wear
- Water shoes or old sneakers that you don’t mind getting wet
- Weather-appropriate, moisture wicking, athletic clothing (no cotton)
- Hat
- Sunglasses
Pack
- Lunch
- Cash if you prefer to rent a wet suit/water shoes
- At least two (2) liters of water
- Sunscreen
- Waterproof camera bag
- Ziplock bag for items that you don’t want to get wet on the raft
- A change of clothes for the ride back
