Hike Lake District

If you are based outside London there is a chance the host can pick you up on the way to the Lake District if your city is somewhere between London and the Lakes.

If you don't know where the Lake District is then Google search it.

This Event will not be repeated again until next December.

This is a non-profit and a non-commercial event. This is a hobby group. These events are not designed with profit in mind.

No Camping. - Hostel accommodation has been booked.

We will depart London Monday morning and return to London Friday Evening. 5 day Trip - Lake district.

I have booked hostel accommodation for this event. Limited numbers.

5 STAR Hostel in the Lake District. Clean dorms. Not mixed gender. One room for girls and one room for boys. Limited numbers. So book your place early to avoid disappointment.

List of items to bring will be provided via WhatsApp. Basic stuff like hiking shoes. Towel and slippers for the showers and a Rucksack and a torch. Warm clothes.

You will be guided and lead by an expert guide on the Lake District.

4 days of exploring the Lake District with an experienced professional mountain climber and hiking guide. Trained in the administration of first aid if needed.

We will be doing some hiking in the lake district. The hiking routes will be easy. Nothing difficult. Anyone with Hiking shoes can do these Hikes. Suitable for beginners and any age group. No high peaks.

I will do nice easy hikes suitable for beginners and intermediate level hikers. Will visit the Best places in the Lake District. Hidden treasures.

Full itinerary:

You should expect to do 4 to 5 hours of relaxed paced hiking per day for about 4 days. No steep Hills at all. nothing steep. Nothing in the mountains. We will avoid the mountains because of the weather conditions this time of year. These Hikes are ideal for Beginners.

We will explore lakes and waterfalls and some villages.

Monday - Depart London at 8:00 by car and arrive in the Lakes at 3:00 pm. Settle down in the hostel and go shopping for food in the local shops for the next few days supplies needed for packed lunches.

Tuesday - We will drive to Aire Force Waterfall. One of the biggest waterfalls in all UK. And perhaps the biggest in England. This is a Tourist Attraction.

Wednesday - Explore and Hike 4 hours at relaxed pace near Ullswater lake.

Thursday- Explore the Town of Keswick and the Lakes near there from 9 am to 4 pm.

Friday - We will have a choice between two Lakes.
Bassenthwaite Lake or Windermere Lake and then Drive back home to London. 4 Hours of hiking to be done at relaxed pace. If you are not from London you will be dropped off en route.

You can pay in instalments. You don't need to pay in advance. To secure a spot you can pay a small deposit just so I know that you are serious and not a time waster. The Transport and Hostel accommodation and Hiking guide is included in the Package.

The food costs are not included in the package. We will prepare packed Lunches at the Hostel in the mornings. Your dinners can be inside the hostel or outside the Hostel. Up to you. You have multiple options.

Bring Hiking shoes and appropriate clothing for the weather conditions.

Only taking small group of people maximum size 8 people.
