A day of photography visiting some of the photgraphic locations and exploring the beautiful woodland, streams and heathlands of the New Forest National Park.
During the day we will visit:
The Deer Sanctuary and it's viewing platform over the deer meadow, the heathlands, the tall trees of the Rhinefield ornamental drive and Blackwater as well as some of the villages such as Lyndhurst or Burley.
We plan to stop for a pub lunch with a real fire to warm us up.
The New Forest was designated a national park in 2005 to give this outstanding landscape the highest level of protection and to preserve it for the nation to enjoy for generations to come.
The New Forest is one of the largest remaining tracts of unenclosed pasture land, heathland and forest in Southern England, covering southwest Hampshire and southeast Wiltshire.
Only basic camera knowledge is required, so bring a DSLR, Bridge camera or smart phone.
Phil, your guide and photographic instructor is on hand to help and guide you to improve your photography and to capture some of the best images.
We will meet at Brockenhurst Station at 10am or there may be the option to arrange a pick up from Guildford Station in Surrey.
We have a Land Rover which we wil use to transport you to teh different locations throughout the day.
Lightweight Tripods are available if required for £5 for the duration of the day.
