If you are looking for an international hiking community (for paid activities) I highly recommend my friends here in the UAE 'Apex Outdoors' (you'll easily find them on Google and instagram). They specialize in rock climbing, abseiling and hiking as well. They have certified guides and leaders with many years of experience for all these activities.

There are also several free-of charge hiking communities here on meet-up.
