Company Mill Trail

Company Mill Trail is 6 miles. The trail is dirt with a very uneven surface of rocks and roots. Pace will be about 3 mph, a little slower uphill.
It is in a wooded area, with views of creeks and streams. There are some hills.
Parking is at the Harrison Ave, I-40 entrance to William B. Umstead State Park.
