8.6 mile loop hike in Umstead

We'll go about 8.6 miles on the multi-use trails. Pace will be 3 mph or a little faster.
Parking can be found at the pin below, or by googling Sycamore Parking Graylin Trail. This is NOT the usual parking lot for hiking Sycamore Trail. (Go past the visitor center, take the first left onto Maintenance Rd. Take obligatory right turn, the at the next option fork left. The parking lot is on a dirt road.)

No rocks or roots, but some hills.
