Company Mill with a Twist

We'll meet near the stairs near the Company Mill trailhead on the I-40 side of Umstead State Park.
The total distance will be about 7.8 miles. We'll do most of Company Mill Trail with some other added bits. Pace will be approximately 3 mph.
The trail surface has rocks and a lot of roots, and there are some hills. A little of the route is on multi-use trails.

Shorter option is available for those who need to get back sooner.

Meet at Harrison Ave. entrance to Umstead State Park. Meet near the stairs.
