Company Mill with a Twist

Meet by the stairs at the Company Mill Trail entrance to Umstead State Park, off Harrison Ave. exit of 1-40.
This hike will be on footpaths which have rocks and roots, some hills, and a section on multi-use trails. Distance is approximately 8.5 miles. Pace will be about 3 mph, a little slower uphill. Let's enjoy the fall weather.
If you haven't done this hike, there are some pretty views of the creek.
