To secure our group rate and reserve a private tour slot, I pay the vendor in advance. That’s why payment is collected ahead of time—tickets aren’t available for purchase onsite. This helps ensure everything runs smoothly and guarantees your spot on the tour.

Minimum headcount must be met by September 15 to confirm the reservation. Early payment helps lock in the group rate and ensures we can move forward with the private tour. If we don’t get enough signups through Meetup, I may open the event to other platforms to fill remaining spots. Your early RSVP and payment help keep this a small, local experience.
