Holiday Blues

The holiday season is here! This meeting Kate will share a brief presentation about how to avoid the holiday blues.

One way to avoid feeling down about yourself and your own circumstances is to think about others. Sending holiday cards is a great way to think about others. Kate will be bringing boxed greeting cards to share and we will spend time addressing and decorating cards together; you are encouraged to also bring cards to share and light craft supplies to decorate.

We are meeting in person at:

• Richmond's First Baptist Church is located on the corner of Monument Avenue and Arthur Ashe Boulevard.
• Parking is off of Mulberry Street.
• We'll be in Room 240D
