Looking for a relatively easy and rewarding hike with stunning sea views? Join us on an adventure to Mount Arong, where a gentle climb leads to a beautiful summit overlooking the South China Sea — perfect for beginner hikers eager to experience Malaysia’s natural beauty.

After our descent, we’ll head to Pulau Mawar, a hidden gem known for its peaceful coastal walk and scenic views. We’ll wrap up the day with a delicious dinner in Mersing, before making our way back to Singapore.

Whether you’re new to hiking or just looking for a refreshing day out, this trip promises great company, fresh air, and unforgettable views!

Distance: 6.2km
Highest Altitude: 274m (Summit)
DIFFICULTY: Easy (Good for beginners, fit to hike 4-5hours, should have hiked Bukit Timah)

Itinerary
0655 Meet at Marsiling MRT Exit A. We will depart punctually at 0700
~ Clear customs, toilet breaks at R&R on the way
0930 Arrive at Mt Arong mountain base, meet the guide, and briefing
1000 Commence hike
1200 Reach summit - photos & lunch
1400 Estimated time to end hike
1430 Drive to Pulau Mawar and explore
1630 Clean up and drive to dinner
1800 Dinner
2000 Depart for Singapore
2130 Arrival in Singapore - Marsiling MRT

Please take note that there will a section where we will need to cross in the water, so please bring extra water shoe/sandals that you can change.
