An exclusive invitation!

In Northeast China*, also known as Dongbei,* winter is more than a season — it's a time for family. Outside, snow falls and silence covers the ground. Inside, the air is filled with the warmth of family.

There is a long-standing tradition of families gathering around a wooden table to make dumplings called Jiaozi. They work together, rolling dough and folding the skins, in a rhythmic and loving process. Each dumpling is a symbol of good wishes and warmth. It’s more than just cooking; it’s about coming together and creating memories in the cold.

We want to transport that spirit of communal warmth right here to our circle. We invite you to 东北之夜 (Dongbei Night), recreating the bustling, joyous atmosphere of a Dongbei home during the Lunar New Year.

We will provide everything you need to make the dumplings—bring yourself!
