Iโm very active so something will always be planned (unless Iโm traveling!). However, if you're looking to party hard, this might not be the group for you ๐ . I love being silly and having a good time, but at 38, hangovers hit a lot harder! That doesnโt mean I donโt drinkโI just aim for โa little tipsyโ instead of drunk. ๐ท All ages are welcome, so donโt feel excluded if youโre younger or older. Just know that most meetups will be more on the chill side.
In my early 30s, I reached a turning point in life. I was depressed and lonely, and I needed change. I dove into self-help resources, and they helped me realize that I am the creator of my own happiness. Since then, Iโve worked daily to achieve that happiness (itโs not always easy). Attitude and perspective are everything! ๐ You must wake up each day and decide to be kind, cheerful, and driven towards your goals. I needed more genuine friends and a platform to do everything I love with othersโthus, this group was born! ๐ป I started a meetup called Bored Nevermore in February 2018, and itโs been life-changing.
Meetup changed my life. ๐
Now, I want to help facilitate that change for you!

- This is NOT a singles group! If you meet someone here and it blossoms into romance, thatโs wonderful, but our focus is on making FRIENDS. If your goal is solely to find a partner, this isnโt the group for you. ๐
