Let's Hike the Sycamore Trail

Hello Fellow Hikers! How about getting a little exercise in our beautiful urban oasis, Umstead State Park? The hike is 7.2 miles long, blazed by blue triangles, rocky and rooty. We will maintain a pace of about 3 mph, pausing only briefly. We should be back at the parking lot in 2.5 hours. See you near the middle set of stairs in the last parking lot.
