Interest Meeting for Acadia Nat’l Park Trip + Hike: North Cary Park

Ever wanted to visit Acadia National Park? Then this upcoming August event, which includes beautiful summit & coastal views, a partial Solar Eclipse and the Perseids Meteor Shower, is for you.
Join THOG and Wanderful Journeys at North Cary Park if you’re interested in hearing about this adventure through collaboration. Much like THOG's successful 2017 and 2024 Solar Eclipse trips, this Maine event will provide you with opportunities to have a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We're also making sure that this road trip event will be enjoyable for everyone, drivers and passengers included.
We’ll meet by the planters in front of the restrooms at the trailhead then gather nearby to discuss the details of this August Trip. Your valuable input will help us make this event a great one, also.
You may need to arrive early. Parking may be difficult to find if the park is busy.
We will introduce you to the dates of the trip, our itinerary, accommodations & options, costs, and event highlights. We'll also answer questions and get your input.
Afterwards we'll do a short hike of around 3-4 miles near and around the water just to enjoy the park and the views.
