Tai Chi Qigong forms practice and flow

We start with an easy to follow Qigong flow with gentle movement and stretching, breathing practices, self massage/tapping and walking/still meditation for regulating our nervous system and enhancing our health, vitality and Inner peace discovering ancient tools for balance and harmony of body, mind and spirit. This part of the practice is different every time.
The second half we focus on practicing the Simplified Tai Chi 24 form. Ending with a bit more Qigong.
