• Please Be on time - I may lock the door after a 15 minute intro as not to disrupt the class
• This is advanced breathwork - please be ready for a quantum shift (beginners can pace themselves)
• Please be ready to push yourself and lungs (for those that can walk at least 2 miles while talking)
• Breathwork and meditation will be in a seated position (chair)
• Please be in an area where you can dim or turn off the lights
• Please be somewhere that you won't be disturbed
• Have somewhere to rest your phone or computer, so you are not holding it...
• Have water handy, so you can sip it between breath exercises
• Please be fully preset and fully engaged as not to disrupt the class
