● 10:00 AM: Head to watersports.

● 04:00 PM: Check into Resort.
● 07:00 PM: Campfire, Music, and Dinner.
● 10:00 PM: Sleep.

*DAY 2*:
● 06:00 AM: Get up n Freshen up.
● 07:00 AM: Breakfast and start to Gokarna.
● 10:00 PM: Viboothi falls (Yana caves optional – subject to road condition)
● 01:00 PM: Lunch
● 02:00 PM: Gokarna beaches visit
● 06:00 PM: Reach stay and check in.
● 09:00 PM: Dinner and Sleep.

*DAY 3*:
● 06:00 AM: Get up n Freshen up.
● 09:00 AM: Murudeshwar temple darshan.
● 11:00 AM: Honnavar mangroves visit.

Advance amount for confirmation of slots:

2k per head for booking transportation and accommodation + 2k if any bus or trains to be booked.
For booking flights, full flight charges are required.
Remaining amount to be paid on the day of trip before journey begins.

Discount Policy:

Flat 1k off per head for one-month advance bookings and flat 500 off per head for 15 days advance bookings.

Full payment benefit:

Get an additional discount of:
1k off per head for full payment on or before 30 days
500 off for full payment on or before 15 to 30 days in advance.
250 off for full payment on or before 15 days in advance.

Group trip is where you join with other co-travelers in the same vehicle.
Private trip is where the separate vehicle is given to you at an extra affordable additional cost for the customized group trips, couples, and families where kids and elders join.

1. Sufficient pair of quick-dry clothing and raincoat during monsoon trips.
2. Thin blanket.
3. Sanitation kit (Wet wipes, Odomos, Toothpaste, Sanitizer, ORS, Tango)
4. Walking/Sports/Trekking shoe.
5. Govt. Issued Id proof.
6. Medicines if any (If you have any health issues).

Important Instructions:

1. No smoking and no alcohol. 2) No littering and no pollution of water.
2. This is not a luxury trip, but all care will be taken to make your trip comfortable. 4) If you cannot swim, please do not go deep into the water.

Rescheduling Policy:
Unlimited rescheduling options available. (You can reschedule your trip to any date from the date of booking).

Cancellation charges Policy:
100% amount if you cancel the trip in 7 days advance.
50% if you cancel the trip in 3 to 7 days advance.
0% refund if you cancel the trip in 0 to 3 days.

Refund Policy:
All the refunds will be by default added to your credit shell on your name which you can utilize for future bookings with us, or you can withdraw as cash refund within 10 – 15 working days.
