The Future State of Agility webinar

For the last 18 months, Agile Coaching roles, Agile Training, Agile adoption, and Agile Consultancy volumes have dropped off.
After seeing 1000s of coaching roles let go, I decided to find out what was actually going on. Was this LinkedIn Hype or something else? Is this the end of Agile or is it just hard economical times?

From August 2024 to December 2024, I conducted over 30 interviews with senior leaders, collected hundreds of survey responses and reviewed over a huge number of case studies on what is actually going on.
