Meet Our First Guest: Lata Gullapalli

Lata brings a rich and varied background across executive leadership, board governance, investment, and startup growth. She’s worked across sectors, regulated industries, high-growth ventures, and complex transformation environments.

Lata now serves as a Non-Executive Director and advisor to several purpose-led organisations. Her career has centred around creating healthier, higher-performing, more inclusive workplaces—by aligning culture, strategy, and leadership.

What is the talk about?

When we look at change in response to emerging trends and opportunities, many are a little improvement on the status quo. However, there comes along changes that break all bounds and take off as the only kid on the block. There have been a few of these lately for sure.

Until we see that (a) it’s not what it seems, even if it is indeed a tectonic shift, and (b) we can mould to the evolved or evolving situation, we can see that its not that the change has come about that is a problem but how we deal with it.

I am seeking to share and explore a few thoughts on this.
