Herb Kelsey has over 20 years of experience deploying technology for commercial and government customers. He has provided architecture definitions for large scale commercial and government enterprises. Since 2002 Herb has focused his efforts on the needs of the DOD and Intelligence Community. The focus: protecting the United States against nation state level cyber threats and terrorist activity. Additionally, Herb authored a cyber security concept of operation for the intelligence community and developed a secure cloud computing environment for the DoD. He has advised the Executive and Legislative branches of government and commercial companies on cyber security. Herb holds a government security clearance.
